Through the years Bate and Bate has had one key principle that seems to remain non-negotiable and that is the adherence to quality for the project at hand.
The types and numbers of buildings are varied and great, from small additions all the way through to multi-million dollar new homes and from traditional restorations to contemporary and modern architecture. Many of the works have involved architecturally supervised contracts for a fixed lump sum.
